Senior Account Executive

As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional client service, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.
A minimum salary of £27,000 per annum is available for this position. The role also offers a competitive company pension and 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
In this dynamic environment, you will have the opportunity to collaborate on comprehensive marketing initiatives, working closely with clients to achieve their objectives. You will also support the team in delivering projects, manage budgets and timelines effectively, and monitor campaign outcomes with the internal marketing team.
To be successful in this role, you should possess experience within an advertising or communications agency, preferably in client services and marketing. A thorough knowledge of core marketing concepts, digital marketing channels, and campaign performance analytics is essential. Excellent communication and organisational skills are also required.
The ideal candidate will be able to stay informed on current industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to offer strategic insights and guidance to clients. Additionally, you will proactively seek opportunities to grow existing accounts, enhancing client engagement and satisfaction with new services and strategies.
