Head of Lettings Portfolio Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our national portfolio of residential and student properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our portfolio, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all aspects of front-end lettings, focusing on acquiring new landlords and portfolio growth.
- Work closely with the Xenia Lettings Director to recruit and manage a new team as we expand our residential lettings offices.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to increase Xenia Lettings exposure and communicate unique selling points to maximize rental income.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize income streams, review current working practices, and ensure best practices are in place around tenancy renewal, progression, and lettings.
- Manage the lettings team to ensure individuals are supplied with specific KPIs and develop our senior residential lettings manager based in head office.
- Recruit, train, and monitor new senior lettings and accommodation personnel.
- Ensure the lettings and occupancy requirements for all properties within the portfolio are met.
- Provide a high standard of customer service and contract management to all landlords.
- Manage and audit staff to ensure they carry out their duties to an appropriate standard, in line with HR procedures.
- Strong residential lettings and management experience.
- Demonstratable success of business and portfolio growth.
- Enthusiastic and goal-orientated individual with experience of KPI setting.
- Experience of delivering growth strategies.
- Computer literate.
- Good communication skills, organisational, and administrative skills.
- 22 holidays per year and 1 additional year for each year of service up to a maximum of 25 days.
