About the RoleWe are looking for an Adult Care Assistant to deliver care in the home, ensuring continuous assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of residents' care. This role involves assisting with and participating in all activities provided within the home to promote person-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality care, paying attention to residents' specific and individual needs.
- Attend and complete all training and qualifications required for the role.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to company policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus enhancements on bank holidays, 28 days of holiday per year, and free Blue Light Card access.
