We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner - Community Care to join our team at NHS Professionals. As a key member of our community nursing team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a variety of settings. With a minimum of 6 months paid experience in a community environment within the last 2 years, you will be able to assess and monitor patient conditions, arranging diagnostic tests as needed.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of current nursing practices and will be required to comply with NMC Professional Registration. A car and valid UK driving license are also essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing professional skills and gaining experience in several wards or areas.
