Job Title: Multi-Trade Operative

Sanctuary Group is seeking a skilled Multi-Trade Operative to join our team of professionals who provide in-house repairs and maintenance services for our extensive portfolio of properties across the UK.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Trade Operative to work on repairs for both void and tenanted properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for attending occupied or void properties to carry out construction, fault fixing, and maintenance duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attending properties to carry out repairs and maintenance duties
  • Resolving problems and ensuring customers are kept informed
  • Maintaining a suitable van stock level and restocking as needed
  • Providing accurate and timely information on the progress of works
Requirements
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 2 in a core subject (carpentry, electrical, or plumbing)
  • Working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
  • Experience of analysing and diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions
  • PC literate and able to use and update computerised systems
  • Full valid UK driving licence
