We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Skilled Tradesperson to join our team at Daniel Owen Ltd as a Property Maintenance Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out high-quality repairs and maintenance work on our housing stock.

Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out high-quality repairs to the housing stock, including fitting kitchens, painting, patching walls, repairing tiles, laying floors, repairing toilets, hanging doors, tracing leaks, and fence repairs.
  • Using a PDA to receive instructions and to feedback electronically details of works undertaken or works to be undertaken.

Requirements:

  • A full UK driving license (manual)
  • A Blue CSCS Card (Multi Trade Level 2 NVQ) or City & Guilds L2 in Building Maintenance Multi-trade Repair and Refurbishment Operations
  • A basic criminal record check
  • Asbestos awareness, UKATA or ITAP
