About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Quality Manager to join our team at Together. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of a robust Data Quality Checking framework that ensures critical data fields meet the required quality criteria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data quality strategy that aligns with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data quality issues
  • Design and implement data quality metrics and dashboards to monitor performance
  • Provide training and guidance to colleagues on data quality best practices
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure data quality is integrated into business processes
Requirements
  • Proven experience in data quality management in a financial services environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
