Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Safety Engineer to join our team at ARM, a leading talent acquisition and management consultancy. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex projects in a safety-critical industry, utilizing your expertise in safety analysis and risk mitigation.

The ideal candidate will have experience with safety assessments, hazard identification, and mitigations, as well as knowledge of relevant regulations and standards such as ARP4754A and DO178C. You will be responsible for conducting safety analyses, generating safety requirements, and documenting findings for stakeholders. Your strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively will be invaluable in this role.

In addition to your technical expertise, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various engineering disciplines, customers, and suppliers. Experience with tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler or Azure is also desirable.
