We're seeking a talented Sales Assistant to join our team at Bridgnorth Garden Centre in Shipley, Wolverhampton. As a Sales Assistant, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, maximising sales within your concession area, and providing expert advice on our products.

The Role:

  • Provide first-class customer service, tailored to individual needs
  • Help to drive sales growth within your concession area
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and features
  • Process deliveries, replenish stock, and maintain a visually appealing concession area
  • Work collaboratively with the regional team to achieve sales targets and improve customer engagement

  • Competitive starting pay between £9.05 and £10.52 per hour
  • Additional pay increases through our Trailblazers development programme
