Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in Bridgnorth Garden Centre. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering a first-class customer experience, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized advice and guidance to customers on our products and services
  • Maximize sales within your concession area through effective merchandising and display
  • Process deliveries and replenish stock to maintain a visually appealing store environment
  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Previous retail experience is essential, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
