Job SummaryThis Deputy Ward Manager position presents an excellent opportunity to join our team and play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support the implementation of clinical/management supervision of staff within the ward area.
- Take a lead role in developing and implementing clinical care strategies, focusing on improving nursing outcomes.
- Collaborate with the ward manager to optimize staffing resources on the ward, ensuring safe and effective staffing levels.
- Drive innovation and improvement initiatives in patient care, promoting a culture of excellence.
