Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to support our businesses across the NORDICS states. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in analyzing revenue and profit streams, providing quality data and insights to inform management decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support financial planning and analysis, including mid and short-term planning of P&L and Balance Sheet numbers
- Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support business decisions
- Collaborate with operational teams to address commercial, statutory, and control items
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and record-keeping for Norwegian and Swedish businesses
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in an accountancy capacity
- Fluent in English, Swedish, or Norwegian
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Proficient in Excel and financial software
- Accountancy qualification preferred but not essential
