Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm

12 Month Contract

Start Date: ASAP

We are currently recruiting for a well-established financial services business who are looking for a Data Administrator to join them for a 12-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to impress a highly successful company with lots of development opportunities.

Within this position, you will be conducting research and producing reports both for the business and their clients.

Duties:

  • Using Excel and internal systems to produce data and from this, complex reports for clients
  • Inputting data onto the client database system
  • Conducting research
  • Producing internal communication for the business
  • Creating and responding to client emails
  • Setting up new clients on the system, data cleansing
  • Logging client requirements
  • Dealing with client queries
  • Conducting 6 monthly client reviews

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Competent with data, systems and IT applications
  • Diligent and accurate
