Administrative Specialist

The London Clinic is seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist - Training to join our Learning and Development Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the People Development function, coordinating all learning and development activities, and administering the Learning Management System.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a leading private hospital with a rich history and commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including adding new starters, updating employee changes, and recording attendance.
- Coordinate all training, including room bookings, setup for classroom sessions, and sending out calendar invites.
- Act as the first point of contact for the People Development team, handling training queries, and providing excellent service.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for the People Development team and assist with departmental projects.
- Produce weekly reports on training compliance using LMS reporting functionality and MS Excel.
- A competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Intermediate IT literacy, including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
