About the Role
As a Memorial Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing administrative support, and ensuring the smooth operation of our memorial services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer memorial services, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
- Provide administrative support, including data inputting, record keeping, and financial management.
- Liaise with funeral directors, members of the public, and other stakeholders to facilitate arrangements.
- Collaborate with the office team, demonstrating strong communication skills and adaptability.
- Support chapel duties, process transactions, and address matters related to memorial infringements.
Requirements:
- Administrative experience in a similar service-oriented environment, preferably within the cemetery or funeral industry.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse situations.
- Proficiency in using cemetery software, Microsoft Word, Excel, and corporate systems.
Salary Information
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £19,050 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the community.
