Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing plans to win new customers and expand our market share.
- Work closely with the Foodservice Manager to implement sales initiatives and drive business growth.
- Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Wholesale Food Service sector.
- Strong understanding of the food industry and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and analyze sales data.
