Lead Veterinary Surgeon Opportunity in North Lincolnshire

We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to lead our team at a rapidly growing first opinion small animal practice in North Lincolnshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to drive the practice forward and take charge of an enthusiastic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies that enhance the practice's performance and customer satisfaction.
A degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent, registration with the RCVS, and extensive medical and surgical experience are essential requirements for this role. Additionally, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, the ability to lead and mentor a clinical team, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The salary range for this position is estimated to be between £60,000 and £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, and includes a generous relocation package and welcome bonus. Visa sponsorship is also available from an A-rated sponsor.
