Nursing Care Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team in Norfolk. As a key member of our community nursing team, you will provide person-centred care to patients in their own homes, supporting them to maintain independence and dignity.
In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as wound care, catheter management, and palliative care. You will work closely with our experienced nursing team to deliver prevention, health promotion, and rehabilitation services.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality care to patients in their own homes
- Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, carers, and family members
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to patient care assessments
Salary: £24,071-£25,674 per annum pro rata (dependent on experience)
