Job Title: Implementation Consultant

Beeline is seeking a highly skilled Implementation Consultant to join our team. As an Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for leading client demos, business requirement gathering sessions, and design workshops to ensure a deep understanding of our technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement high-quality functional solutions that align with client needs
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to present best practice workflows and address client business challenges
  • Conduct user requirements analysis, lead business process design sessions, and identify gaps, risks, and issues during software implementation
  • Translate business processes and requirements into detailed process flow documentation, solution designs, and technical configurations
  • Oversee user acceptance testing, including data staging, issue resolution, and ensuring all client business requirements are met in the system setup
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of proven implementation experience in a SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of accomplishments within software implementation
  • Deadline-oriented and able to manage priorities within a fast-paced agile environment
