We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Administrator to join our Sales & Follow-up team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring they feel warmly welcomed and remembered throughout their journey.

About the Role

This full-time role involves working directly with patients and clinicians, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns promptly. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be empathetic, and possess the ability to learn new skills quickly.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for:

  1. Managing the front desk, handling phone calls, and responding to emails in a timely manner.
  2. Organising schedules, prioritising tasks, and meeting deadlines efficiently.
  3. Maintaining accurate records, ensuring confidentiality, and adhering to data protection policies.
  4. Demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  5. Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring patient satisfaction, and exceeding expectations.
