As Executive Director of Operations, you will lead the operational strategy and direction of two sites, driving growth and excellence in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for overseeing a team of 220, with direct management of 2 General Managers and Heads of Departments. Your expertise in developing and fostering a positive company culture will be crucial in supporting the business's next phase of growth.

With a strong background in premium restaurants and restaurant management, you will be well-versed in high-volume operations and high standards. Your ability to manage up with emotional intelligence and inspire your team will be paramount in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive growth and excellence
  • Lead a team of 220, with direct management of 2 General Managers and Heads of Departments

Requirements:
