We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Auditor for Social Care to join our team at Sanctuary Personnel Ltd. As a Quality Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our services by conducting audits and developing recommendations for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. They will be responsible for:

  • Undertaking audits to assess the quality of our services;
  • Analysing data and preparing written reports on findings;
  • Developing recommendations for improvement based on audit results;
  • Collaborating with the Children's Social Care Workforce Development Team to develop training programs;
  • Reporting to the Policy and Procedures Officer to ensure that policies and procedures are aligned with best practices.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of up to £59,328 per annum and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team.
