About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join our team at Education Horizons. As a key member of our Technology Group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our cloud-based infrastructure.

Your primary focus will be on driving innovation, improving automation, and ensuring the smooth operation of our production systems. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers and business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable and highly available cloud infrastructure
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors
  • Collaborate with the Support Team to resolve customer issues and provide escalation support as needed
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cloud infrastructure and SRE

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, including AWS and Microsoft Azure
  • Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and CloudFormation
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with IT service management processes and systems, particularly Salesforce Service Cloud and Atlassian
