Our client, a leading contractor in the water treatment industry, is seeking a skilled Mechanical Fitter to work in their workshop based in Burnley. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining industrial-size pumps and related mechanical equipment.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be £35,100 - £39,800 per annum, negotiable depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, the company offers a 45 hour working week (Monday - Friday) with a range of benefits.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Mechanical Fitter to join a dynamic team and contribute to the design, installation, and maintenance of complex mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will have experience working with industrial-size pumps and related equipment, as well as strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Requirements
  • A minimum of [X] years' experience working as a Mechanical Fitter
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and pump installation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
