Advanced Practitioner Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Advanced Practitioner to join our team at the Bevan Intermediate Care Unit in Salford. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our unit.

Main Responsibilities
  • Triage referrals and make onward referrals to ensure timely and effective patient care.
  • Support the redesign of patient referral pathways from primary care to secondary care, improving the patient experience and outcomes.
  • Ensure evidence-based practice is integrated into all aspects of care and treatment, disseminating knowledge throughout the clinical area, trust, and externally as appropriate.

Requirements
  • Current Professional Registration with NMC, HCPC
  • GCSE English and maths to grade C
  • Non-medical prescribing
  • Extensive post-registration experience in the profession, including experience in surgery
