Advanced Practitioner Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Advanced Practitioner to join our team at the Bevan Intermediate Care Unit in Salford. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our unit.

Main Responsibilities
  • Triage referrals and make onward referrals, working collaboratively with medical colleagues to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Support the redesign of patient referral pathways from primary care to secondary care, driving improvements in patient flow and outcomes.

Requirements
  • Current Professional Registration with NMC, HCPC
  • GCSE English and maths to grade C - certificates required
  • Non-medical prescribing
  • Extensive post-registration experience in profession, including experience in surgery
