The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pastry Chef to join our team and lead the pastry section. As a key member of our culinary team, you will collaborate with our Head Chef to develop innovative, seasonal dishes that showcase our commitment to sustainability and creativity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the pastry section and develop menus that align with our company's values and mission
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to create new and exciting dishes that showcase our commitment to sustainability and creativity
  • Work with a variety of cuisines and ingredients to create unique and delicious pastry offerings
  • Develop and implement cost-effective menu development strategies
  • Ensure that all pastry products are made with sustainable and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Senior Pastry Chef in a similar catering company
  • Proven track record of menu development and leadership
  • Strong knowledge of sustainable and locally sourced ingredients
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
