{"Role Overview": "We are seeking an experienced Executive Pastry Chef to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality pastries across multiple sites.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee the production of large quantities of pastries from our main production kitchen
* Train and develop a team of pastry chefs across multiple sites
* Maintain consistency of food quality throughout our outlets
* Foster a healthy, fun, and productive working environment
* Develop and implement new pastry products and menus
* Negotiate with suppliers and manage inventory
* Recruit, train, and develop a team of pastry chefs

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Pastry Production Chef overseeing quality bakery volume production
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Strong leadership and training abilities
* Commercially and financially sound with excellent business acumen
* Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
