Build SLA QA Senior Manager

We are seeking a Build SLA Quality Assurance Senior Manager to oversee the SLA overview and tracking of the E2E network build processes, ensuring as-built works meet quality and compliance standards.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Defining key metrics: define suitable metrics to measure critical performance indicators for Network Build.
  2. Overview of SLA Monitoring and Tracking: oversee the main monitored E2E Network Build Lifecycle KPIs, related with time, cost and quality.
  3. Supporting decision-making: supporting management and senior leadership to make critical business decisions.
  4. Oversee Design Quality compliance: oversee the compliance of the design plan avoiding delays for the build delivery, ensure that the latest design standards and guidelines are applied and continually improved with a focus on cost and time reduction.
  5. Oversee Build Quality compliance: oversee the progress of network build, supporting any quality issue/risk and suggest means for resolution.
  6. Build quality assessing: will oversee that local areas have been treated with respect and care, and follow (with local councils and authorities, if necessary) to confirm our works have met expected quality standards.
  7. Build Exception Approval Management: track all of the issues identified during the network acceptance until they are resolved appropriately.
  8. Signing off As-Builts: once complete, with the support of the Network Design Manager will compare as-built networks against the high level and detailed design.
  9. Ensure network inventory is updated: provide sign-off to allow to update GIS and network inventory systems.
  10. Driving innovation and continual improvement: be obsessed about build innovation, pushing to employ new methods and techniques to improve the speed, quality and cost to deploy the network.
