Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred care and support to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.
- Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and housekeeping.
- Provide emotional support and social interaction to individuals, helping them to build meaningful relationships and engage in their communities.
- Contribute to a safe and well-maintained environment, ensuring the health and safety of individuals and colleagues.
