Care Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Support Worker to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop personalized care plans to meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and support to clients in their own homes
- Assisting clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Preparing meals and snacks for clients
- Providing companionship and social support to clients
- Assisting clients with medication management
- Monitoring clients' health and well-being, and reporting any concerns to management
Requirements:
- Valid UK driving licence and own car
- Must live within our franchise region
- Must be available to work on alternate weekends
- Must have the Right to Work in the UK
