Key Responsibilities

* Effective management of controllable costs, including stock orders and cleaning supplies, to eliminate wastage and overspend
* Lead the recruiting, monitoring, training, and onboarding of new team members within your gym
* Reporting facilities and maintenance-related issues in accordance with best practice guidelines
* Be resilient and agile to react to challenging situations and find solutions
* Ensure consistently high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times
* Manage all policies and procedures, including Health & Safety, inclusive of pool plant operations

Requirements

* 1+ year previous management role experience within the fitness industry
* Strong leadership qualities
* Adaptability in communication and management style depending on the team member and their drivers
* Flexibility in working hours and location to support the needs of the business
