Job Title: HR Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Administrator to join our team at Premier Christian Communications Ltd. As an HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR function and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Job Summary:

The HR Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, including managing internal HR relations, developing policies and procedures, and supporting the recruitment process. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the recruitment process by sharing innovative ideas, attending key events, and designing and implementing job advertisements through print and social media.
  2. Assist with internal and external inquiries related to the HR department.
  3. Compile and maintain electronic employee records, including annual leave and sickness.
  4. Develop and maintain KICK Policies and Procedures to ensure they are compliant, in line with the KICK ethos, and are clear.
  5. Maintain the highest level of data integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive data.
Requirements:
  1. A committed Christian, in line with KICK's Christian ethos.
  2. A satisfactory enhanced DBS Disclosure.
  3. Flexible and open-minded in order to respond to changing needs or circumstances.
  4. Ability to deliver quality results and outcomes in a professional manner.
