We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Education and Engagement Specialist. As part of our commitment to providing high-quality support for vulnerable children and young people, you will play a vital role in delivering academic and emotional support.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people who struggle to engage with learning. As an Education and Engagement Specialist, you will work closely with our team to provide tailored support and guidance to help students overcome barriers to education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver academic and emotional support to students aged 5-25 who are struggling with or cannot access education.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement individualized support plans.
  • Provide guidance and support to students to help them overcome barriers to learning.
  • Contribute to the development of our education and engagement programs.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' professional experience working with vulnerable children or young people.
  • Demonstrate an excellent and creative delivery of numeracy and literacy (as well as other subjects).
  • Share our commitment to the protection, safeguarding, and wellbeing of children and young people.
