Private Equity - Real Estate Investment Analyst Overview:
We are currently assisting Allbyn, a leading opportunistic real estate fund, in their search for an Asset Management Analyst to join their expanding platform. Our client manages over $100 billion in assets and has an exceptional track record across several sectors, including residential, industrial, hospitality, retail, and student housing.
You will be an integral part of the team, responsible for developing and executing asset business strategies. Provide input and guidance during acquisition and redevelopment stages, oversee leasing, value enhancement, and asset management throughout the holding period, and support the disposal process.
Manage day-to-day portfolio operations, aiming to maximize asset income, performance, and capital value. Collaborate with and support the Investment team in deal evaluation and due diligence processes, ensuring the viability of new investment opportunities from a value-add perspective.
Assist in the preparation of materials for the investment committee, contribute to quarterly reporting, and monitor asset performance.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of real estate experience gained in an investment bank, private equity, investment management, corporate finance boutique, or Big 4.
- Experience in assisting with management and underwriting of real estate transactions.
- Excellent financial modelling skills.
- Additional European languages are advantageous but not essential.
