Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Landscaper and Horticultural Specialist to join our team at Bromford. As a key member of our outdoor service team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and safety of our communities.

Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records and share best practices to continuously improve our service. Ensure that all work is carried out to a high standard and in line with company policies and procedures.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping. Ideally, you should hold NPTC or Lantra qualifications in brush cutter, pedestrian mower, ride-on mower, hedge cutter, and PA1 and PA6 for pesticide spraying. A full, clean driving license and basic IT skills are also essential.

Working Conditions: This is a mobile role covering Ludlow and surrounding areas, so you will be traveling extensively. Due to the nature of the role, a Basic DBS check will be required to ensure a secure environment.
