Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, and deliver individualized patient care for patients undergoing haemodialysis
  • Develop and implement training plans to ensure patients' safety and confidence in managing their treatment at home
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellent patient outcomes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Registered Nurse qualification and relevant diploma or equivalent experience
  • Literacy and numeracy Level 2 or equivalent (GCSE A-C)
  • Appropriate level of verbal and written English language skills
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development and commitment to continuing education
