Renal Dialysis Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dialysis team at Ludlow Community Hospital, part of the Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust. The successful candidate will have experience in acute care and a strong passion for delivering high-quality patient-centered care.

This exciting opportunity offers a challenging and rewarding role, working with patients undergoing haemodialysis. As a renal dialysis nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering individualized patient care, while promoting self-care and empowering patients to manage their treatment at home.

• Assess, plan, and deliver individualized patient care for patients undergoing haemodialysis
• Develop and implement training plans to ensure patients' safety and confidence in managing their treatment at home
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellent patient outcomes

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Registered Nurse qualification and relevant diploma or equivalent experience
• Literacy and numeracy Level 2 or equivalent (GCSE A-C)
• Appropriate level of verbal and written English language skills
• Evidence of ongoing professional development and commitment to continuing education
