About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Technical and Development Centre (TDC) team and contribute to the company's growth. You will be responsible for managing budgets, ensuring compliance with suppliers' contracts, and guiding sourcing decisions to support innovation and speed to market.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain effective sourcing processes that connect TDC with Production, Purchasing, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Brief technical and engineering design teams on sourcing requirements and ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Analyse and recommend innovative solutions to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance supply chain resilience.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in sourcing, finance, legal, or commercial roles.
  • A background in business management or technical fields, preferably with a degree-level qualification.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence technical and commercial project goals.
  • Familiarity with design, manufacturing, and qualification processes.
  • Creative problem-solving and time management skills, with a proven track record of delivering results under pressure.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including pension, health insurance, and paid annual leave.
