Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Youth and Community Worker to join our team at Women's Aid. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting girls, young women, non-binary and trans people who are most at risk of violence, abuse and exploitation.

The role involves developing and delivering programmes that promote positive change and empowerment, as well as building trusted relationships and committed to anti-oppressive behaviours and practice.

Key Requirements:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted relationships with girls, young women, non-binary and trans young people.
  • Commitment to anti-oppressive behaviours and practice.
  • Passion for supporting vulnerable young people and promoting positive change and empowerment.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Excellent benefits package, including 28 days paid annual leave per year, excluding bank holidays.
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
