Electrical Installation Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Installation Engineer to join our team in the Northwest. As an Electrical Installation Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation of electrical panels to customer sites within the FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • On-site installation of panels to mechanical equipment predominantly conveyors
  • Reading technical electrical engineering drawings
  • Working closely with panel builders and draughtsman where necessary
  • Ability to chip in with any mechanical work
Requirements:
  • Highly experienced in electrical engineering ideally within the FMCG industry
  • Hands-on experience working on components such as drives & motors
  • Ability to read electrical engineering drawings
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (preferable)
Benefits:
  • Outside IR35 – Limited company contractors
  • Up to 70 hours p/w on site
  • Day shifts working Monday to Friday with overtime available
