Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centred care to clients with complex needs, including spinal cord injuries
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individual care plans
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting their physical and emotional well-being
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care and mobility
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy environment, adhering to infection control and health and safety protocols

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in care or a related field
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
