About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in providing high-quality care to adults with autism.

As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a range of responsibilities, including supporting clients with daily needs, feeding, personal care, and activities.

You will work closely with colleagues and professionals to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and follow the Care Plan, raising any safeguarding concerns.

Responsibilities
  • Support clients with daily needs, including feeding, personal care, and activities.
  • Work closely with colleagues and professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Follow the Care Plan and raise any safeguarding concerns.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months UK-based care or support work experience.
  • Right to Work documents.
  • UK driving license preferred but not essential.
