About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Photography and Styling Manager to lead our visual merchandising efforts and shape the aesthetic direction of our brand. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute visual strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement seasonal styling guides that showcase key brand stories and product focuses
  • Collaborate with the Product Director and Design teams to select products for photoshoots that capture key lines and newness
  • Lead the styling process for e-commerce photography, ensuring that the brand's visual identity is consistently represented
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with studios and production companies to represent the brand at press and customer events
  • Work with the online and digital marketing team to deliver e-commerce photography that enhances the online shopping experience and showcases the full outfitting potential of the collection
  • Contribute to the design direction of the press collection, working closely with the Head of Design and Product Director

About You

This role is ideal for a seasoned Lead Stylist or similar professional with a strong background in fashion and visual merchandising. The successful candidate will possess excellent creative and conceptual skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead and work with a team of fashion professionals.
