Branch Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our successful Southampton branch, located in the South West & Wales region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop strong relationships with customers and suppliers to drive profitable business growth.
- Manage the full operation of the branch, ensuring compliance with safety, storage efficiency, and customer experience standards.
- Lead, motivate, and engage a team of over 17 colleagues to deliver great service and achieve financial targets.
- Set the tone for a Stay Safe culture, promoting a healthy workplace and colleague wellbeing.
