Job Title: Branch Manager

We are seeking an experienced and inspirational leader to join our team as a Branch Manager at our Southampton branch. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to drive profitable business growth.
  • Manage the full operation of the branch, ensuring that the branch layout meets our safety, storage efficiency, and customer experience standards.
  • Lead and motivate a team of colleagues to deliver great service and achieve sales, margin, and overhead targets.
  • Set the tone for a Stay Safe culture across the branch, promoting a healthy workplace and colleague wellbeing.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role, with a track record of delivering business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and drive.
