Conflict Resolution Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Private Client team as a Dispute Resolution Paralegal.

This is a full-time, permanent position in Towcester. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Private Client Paralegal.

• Drafting Wills with property trust clauses and multiple beneficiaries;
• Drafting Lasting Powers of Attorney;
• Assisting with Estate Administration matters;
• Preparing Estate Accounts;
• Liaising with clients to progress matters and manage day-to-day file administration.

• Relevant Private Client experience;
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and high-quality work production.

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum.

This role requires a competitive individual who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of approximately £47,500 per year, based on location and experience.
