Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior/Principal Electrical Hardware Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality electrical hardware for our cutting-edge space imaging technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop electrical hardware for space imaging sensors, including CCDs, CMOS Image Detectors, and ROICs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions.
  • Lead the design and testing of high-speed imaging sensors, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Prepare and present technical documentation, including schematics, analysis, and documentation.
  • Drive capability within the department, mentoring and training engineers as needed.
  • Verify and test electronics, preparing associated documentation in a clear and well-structured manner.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the engineering lifecycle for high-reliability electronics.
  • Experience with PCB design, including component selection, schematic capture, analysis, and documentation.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, preferably CADENCE or ALTIUM.
  • Deep understanding of electronics and electrical interfaces.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
