Savernake Dental Practice is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team.

**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our dental practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of dental nurses, ensuring excellent infection prevention and control standards, and maintaining high-quality patient care.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead and manage a team of dental nurses
* Ensure compliance with practice protocols and regulatory requirements
* Develop and implement training programs for staff
* Maintain accurate records and reports
* Collaborate with dentists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

**Requirements:**
* 1 year of experience in dental nursing (preferred)
* Valid GDC registration (preferred)
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

* Dental Nursing: 1 year (preferred)
