Salary: £23,593.50 per annum

The Stagecoach Group plc is a leading transportation company that operates a fleet of modern vehicles in Manchester. We are currently seeking a skilled Storekeeper to join our team at the Queens Road Depot.

This role will involve ensuring that our stores hold essential parts and materials, reordering stock as required, and liaising with suppliers. You will also be responsible for the security of all stores held on site and maintaining accurate records of stock received, held, and issued.

As a Storekeeper, you will play a critical role in supporting the smooth operation of our depot. If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Receiving and storing inventory, ensuring that all items are properly labeled and accounted for.
  2. Maintaining accurate records of stock levels, issuing reports to management as needed.
  3. Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
  4. Ensuring the safe and secure storage of all items in the store.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
