Key responsibilities:- Preparation of annual trust accounts and submission to HMRC of annual tax returns
- Dealing with CRS, FATCA, and Trust Registration Service reporting and compliance matters
- Maintaining accurate records of trust documents, information, and transactions
- Liaising with trustees, beneficiaries, and Wrigleys' partners and fee earners
- Arranging trust distributions and preparing required documents
- Liaising with commercial property managers, investment managers, and financial advisors
- Arranging and attending trustees' meetings and taking minutes
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills. They should have experience working with trusts, tax, and compliance, and be comfortable with accounting software and spreadsheets.
About the role:- Good knowledge of trusts, tax, and compliance
- Experience dealing with complex trusts and sub-funds
